The reset method is a very quick and simple way to resolve any type of Linksys Velop error. There are two methods by which you can easily reset all the previous settings of Linksys Velop. 

 

By Visiting the Linksys Web Management Window

To reset by this method, you will need to visit the Linksys Velop web management page. After that, reach the Linksys Velop setup window and look for the factory default option. Hit on reset the Linksys Velop device and all previous configuration settings will reset automatically by doing this. 

 

Reset Velop By Pushing The Button 

At the bottom of the Linksys Velop device, you see the reset button. Now, insert the hairpin in it for 10 seconds. Now, all the Velop LEDs will be turned off. Thus all Linksys Velop off LED defines that the Linksys Velop unit all previous settings are completely discarded now. 

 

After considering the above two reset methods the device is now completely reset. Now, you will need to do the Linksys Velop setup process again. By doing this, the Linksys Velop devices not connecting to closest node issue is completely resolved now.
