Terrorism Is Alive in Jammu and Kashmir

By Republic Aeon Web Desk: Terrorism Is Alive in Jammu and Kashmir, Farooq Abdullah stated. He said that when love replaces hatred, the Kashmiri Pandits can find healing for their wounds. In Jammu and Kashmir, Farooq Abdullah, president of the National Conference, has stated that dialogue with Pakistan is the only way to end terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir. He also criticized the BJP for "spreading hatred," which poses a threat to the country's integrity. Additionally, he asserted that the Kashmiri Pandits require a balm for their wounds, which can be obtained when love replaces hate.

"Why are you avoiding talks with Pakistan when you can talk to China, which has entered our borders and landed 16 times?" "I am going to write you with my blood that terrorism is alive and will not end until you begin speaking with Pakistan," asked Mr. Abdullah, a former chief minister, to reporters on Thursday.

He took a bus from Jammu to Kathua, where he joined the Bharat Jodo Yatra, led by Rahul Gandhi, that started the final leg of his foot march from Kanyakumari to Kashmir Thursday evening at Pathankot in Punjab.

He responded, "We have to attempt, but they (the BJP government) are reluctant," when asked if talking to Pakistan would result in the end of terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir. In order to pit Hindus and Muslims against one another for their voter base, they must incite hatred. He stated, "They are spreading hatred without caring for the safety of Hindus who live in Pakistan and the Muslims of our country," adding, "If hatred is not removed from the hearts of the people, there is a threat to the integrity of India."

"The movie "The Kashmir Files" was made with the goal of making people hate each other and using their situation to get votes. The BJP has demanded their return and rehabilitation with fervor, but what took place? "They do not see the danger to their lives," he stated, "even those who have been given jobs in Kashmir under the Prime Minister's package are facing threat to their lives due to terrorism."

According to Mr. Abdullah, since terrorism began in the Kashmir Valley, both Muslims and Kashmiri Pandits have suffered, and even his employees and ministers have been killed in large numbers.

" One of my ministers was killed when a bomb planted in his car exploded. They were killed because they stood up for the tricolor. In 1947, we were given the option of choosing between India and Pakistan, but we chose India because we believed we would live an honorable life there with the rest of the population.

They are on the verge of being consumed by hatred as they spread it more and more. "We need to respect and honor each other" and "we need a balm and to spread the message of love," he said, adding that the Lord resides in the hearts of all people and not just in mosques and temples.

Additionally, he stated that the Kashmiri Pandits require a balm for their wounds, which can be obtained by replacing hatred with love.

According to Abdullah, terrorism has resulted in the deaths of numerous of his employees and ministers, as well as Muslims and Kashmiri Pandits. A bomb that was planted in his car killed one of my ministers. They were killed because they stood up for the tricolor.

"I do not care as my lord knows everything I have done, and I am accountable to him after my death," Abdullah stated, even though they are attempting to harm his reputation.

As they spread the hate, they are on the verge of being consumed by it, according to him. "We need to respect and honor each other" and "we need a balm and to spread the message of love," he said, adding that the Lord resides in the hearts of all people and not just in mosques and temples.

He asserted that this government would be overthrown by the curse of mothers and sisters whose children were left at home.
