While warmer spring weather brings with it taller hemlines and gorgeous buds, it also brings with it skin spots, red eyes and puffiness.  Allergy sufferers, does that ring a bell?  We recently attended a Zentech party (yes, Zentech does exist), where we met celebrity makeup artist Jamie Greenberg and got some beauty tips on how to deal with allergic faces.  Start with a light green corrective base, like Maybelline New York Prime Blur + Red Controlled Weightlessness Blur ($10;  Ulta.com).  Greenberg says that light green helps offset the red and keeps your beauty foundation smooth, especially in rough areas (like when you blow your nose countless times).  Then apply a creamy liquid concealer to the red spots, such as under your eyes, around your nose and near your mouth.  "Dry formulations can highlight texture issues, exacerbating dryness and flakes," Greenberg says.  Try our favorite beauty secrets, Urban Decay NAKED Skin Concealer ($28;  Urbandecay.com), which contains a light diffuser and sodium hyaluronate to retain moisture.  A pair of minimalist eyes is a chic precaution for the watery when all else fails.  While it's a no-no to use waterproof mascara to keep lashes from falling off, Greenberg says some oft-used formulations will dry out lashes over time.  She suggests applying your original favorite mascara, followed by a coat of waterproof mascara. (We like Eyeko Sport Waterproof Mascara, $24;  Eyeko.com) to lock down the recipe.  "The first layer keeps lashes from getting too dry," Greenberg says.  Finally, put on a bright poppy lipstick.  "Bold lips are a distraction and take the focus away from your allergies and symptoms," Greenberg says.  This creamy, watermelon-colored version of Dior's tie-dyed Fuschia Utopia ($33;  Dior.com is in our current lineup.
