The personality look can be acquired through good postures. Good postures include perfect sitting, perfect walking, perfect sleeping, etc. A perfect body posture is the main factor, to maintain a good personality. Most of people hold the complaint of back pain, neck pain, leg pain, etc. However, this problem arises due to improper sitting patterns. The posture of the body matters a lot, to maintaining a healthy and active body. The official people are more likely to get posture complaints; since they sit in one place for 8 hours. Sitting in one position for a long time affects the posture of the body. Improper postures result in unhealthy organs, inactive mood, an inflexible body, inflexible bones, etc. Tiredness, exhaustion, and sleepy or stressful mood are responsible for improper postures. The human body involves various postures, which keep on changing every now and then, an unchangeable position of a body called improper posture. A posture is nothing, but a particular position of the body, which is responsible for the perfect and imperfect look of the person. Posture is the interconnected link between muscles, bones, and other factors of the body. A poor posture brings unhealthy and inactiveness, to the body. Try sitting in one posture for 20 minutes and see the effect; you will face pain, in the body. One can notice improper functioning, of the nervous system as well.
A poor posture also includes the sleeping pattern of a person. Some people feel comfortable sleeping with bend postures this may bring cramps or could lead to bend bones. Improper sleeping patterns are another factor of poor posture. One should mend this habit; since, it gives the unattractive look, to the personality. Here are some of the exercises, which a person should follow while sitting and sleeping, to maintain good posture, in the body.
- While working in the office try to maintain a proper sitting posture. Keep your spine and neck in a straight position, do not bend the back, lift your finger in a straight position and type the key. Keep a one-hand distance between the computer and a chair; since it may give a negative impact on the eyes and also make the dull facial muscles. Maintain a proper gap between the chair and the computer. One should keep on changing the sitting position; since blood circulation couldn’t pass through the body by sitting in one position for a longer period. Lift your hand and place it on the back side of the head. This can be performed by sitting on a chair while working in the office.
Sleep on the floor lift your hand up in a mountain shape and then place it down. Follow this 5 times; since this helps make the arm hold flexible. One can follow this exercise while sleeping on the bed this may help give relax the hand; since continuous typing in one position blocks the movement of the hand and creates pain. - Stretch the muscles of your leg by sitting on the floor and lifting the legs at a 90 angle. Perform this exercise 5 times a day, to get healthy and flexible legs and back. This exercise is there to mend the posture of the back and legs. It helps keep strong legs and perfect spine posture. When you perform this exercise you will get stretch over the legs and spine.
Sit on the chair and try to touch your fits. Move your leg forward and lift your hand to touch it. This can perform at a workplace place, to mend the posture of the body; since continuing to sit in one position give cramps in the legs. - Performing yoga or meditation helps you to maintain a good posture of the body. Depends on how long you are performing this. One can get a healthy immune system, active organs, fresh and calm mood; normal heartbeats, stabilized blood pressure, etc. These are the factors, which include healthy posture maintenance. People can perform yoga in the evening or morning. Performing yoga or meditation enhances the longevity of a person and improves the function, of the organs. People are less likely to get any health disorders. One can easily maintain their body posture through these activities.
- Lift heavy weight to maintain the posture of the shoulder and spine. Once you lift the weight you will get pressure over the shoulder and the backbone, which results in strong and flexible movements of the upper parts.
- Sleep straight at night; do not bend the body. Maintain a straight posture of the body; you may change the position of the body, but not in a twisting position. Avoid using a puffy pillow; since it may lead to neck aches and neck cramp problems. Moreover, sleep sufficiently to get a healthy immune system, the motion of full organs, proper mind functions, etc. To uphold good posture, one should take a sound sleep. Proper and improper sleep both is responsible for the body’s perfect and imperfect postures.
- Sit in a kneel-down position, bow the upper part of your body slightly and place your hand over the grounds. Further, move the body frontward and backward slowly.
- Take a left hand back and touch the upper back portion of the right side. In the same way, with the right-hand touch, the left back portion of the upper body is. This activity can be performed during working time while sitting on the chairs. It helps to mend the upper posture, of the body.
- Lay down on the floor facing towards the ground, move the upper parts slightly up and push the body slowly in forward and backward directions. This is another mending method of body posture.
Sit with straight legs and touch the feet crossway. Take the Left hand to the right feet and the right hand to the left feet. Follow this exercise daily to mend and maintain the posture, of the body.
